I slept with angels
they comforted me
kept me warm
soothed me
they
kept me free of doubt
fear and uneasiness
I awoke to be born
then born again
to challenges
choices in life
to face fear and doubt
and to doubt and fear
all of my decisions
I only wanted
to find a way back
to return to the angel's
to be once again soothed
in feathery wings
and to never dream
or rely on dreams again
